We were in Elmira a couple weeks ago and were looking for a place that had both vegan/vegetarian and gluten free options (spoiler alert: I didn't find many in Elmira at all lol). A quick Google search took us to The Grill on the Green. Upon walking in to the restaurant, we were greeted by a bright, open, welcoming atmosphere and a very friendly hostess who showed us to our table. The menu had some excellent options for us! I had the roasted red pepper and tomato soup, and their berry salad, both of which were excellent! My sister had the veggie burger and fries which she very much enjoyed. Our mom had the chicken parm schnitzel sandwich and wow! It was huge and she loved it! Our server was excellent. Very friendly and attentive, and was able to answer our questions about the food. All in all this was an excellent experience, and any time I am in Elmira I will be back!
The service is friendly,overall amazing. The burger was incredible tasty,the bun was totally fresh! But about the salad I can’t say the same think..most likely you are using a pre-mixed store bought salad and adding other ingredients to it,and yeah that is completely normal, but you should sort it out so that bad, wilted leaves don't end up on customers' plates. I also want to add that there are huge pieces of onion in the salad, and it is worth either cutting it smaller or replacing it with another vegetable.
Such good food and awesome service. Portions are plentiful while the price won't break the bank.

A very nice place for lunch, pleasant service, good was fine, a bit heavy but probably what golfers want to eat. We had grounds keepers working with leaf blowers working very close by at 1pm, which rather ruined the atmosphere. Once they were gone, it was a very nice place to hang out.

I just ate a 10/10 burger from here. I considered 9/10 only because the bottom bun was a bit soggy. However that is a consequence of a juicy burger and the fact it was take out. I dont see how that could be avoided. Besr place in Elmira hands down. Hell, I'd drive from kitchener for it.
